Privacy Policy

Agri Products Europe ("we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal data when you visit agriproductseurope.com, contact us or otherwise interact with us through the website.

This policy applies under Albania's Law No. 124/2024 "On the Protection of Personal Data" and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

01Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is:

Agri Products Europe SHPKGradishtë, Divjakë, Fier County, Albania
NIPT L32311001V
info@agriproductseurope.com

02Personal data we collect

We may collect:

  • Information you provide: your name, company, email address, type of interest, message and any other information you include in an inquiry or email.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, requested pages, dates and times of access, referring page, language preference, and security or server-log information.
  • Business correspondence: records of our communications, requests, proposals, meetings and any documents you choose to share with us.

Please do not submit sensitive personal data unless it is necessary and we have specifically requested it.

03How and why we use personal data

We use personal data to:

  • receive, review and reply to inquiries;
  • discuss potential purchases, distribution, investment, supply, agro-tourism or other partnerships;
  • provide requested information and arrange calls, meetings or site visits;
  • take steps toward, manage and perform a contract or business relationship;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website;
  • prevent spam, fraud, abuse and security incidents;
  • maintain appropriate business and legal records; and
  • comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

Our legal bases

  • Steps requested before entering into a contract, and performance of a contract.
  • Legitimate interests. These include responding to business inquiries, operating and securing the website, managing relationships and protecting our legal rights.
  • Legal obligations. These are the obligations that apply to us by law.
  • Consent, where the law requires it. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Providing the fields marked as required on the contact form is necessary for us to receive and answer your inquiry. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to respond.

04Cookies, local storage and similar technologies

The website may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to operate securely and reliably. It also stores your selected language preference in your browser's local storage.

The website currently does not use advertising cookies or a separate visitor-behaviour analytics service. If we introduce non-essential cookies or tracking, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before using them.

You can delete or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Doing so may affect some website functions or preferences.

05Service providers and sharing

We may share personal data only when reasonably necessary with:

  • hosting, content-delivery, website-security and technical support providers;
  • email, communications and data-storage providers used to receive and manage inquiries;
  • professional advisers, including lawyers, accountants, auditors and insurers;
  • regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies or other authorities when required by law; and
  • a buyer, investor or successor if our business or assets are reorganised, financed, sold or transferred, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards.

The website currently uses Cloudflare for content delivery, security and related network services. Its forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated traffic. It also requests font resources from Google Fonts, and the contact page embeds a Google Maps view of our location. These providers may receive technical data such as your IP address and browser information when your device connects to their services.

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use contact-form details for unrelated third-party advertising.

06International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside Albania or the European Economic Area. Where data-protection law requires it, we use recognised safeguards such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

07How long we keep data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Routine inquiries that do not lead to a continuing business relationship are normally kept for no longer than three years after the last communication. If an inquiry develops into a business relationship, we may retain relevant records for the duration of that relationship and afterward for the period required by tax, accounting, contractual or other legal obligations.

Security and server logs are generally retained for a shorter period unless they are needed to investigate an incident, prevent abuse or meet a legal obligation.

08Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • request access to and a copy of your personal data;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • receive certain data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent; and
  • lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.

To exercise a right, write to us at info@agriproductseurope.com

We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before acting on your request.

You may also complain to Albania's Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data, at idp.al

If the GDPR applies, you may also contact the supervisory authority in your country of residence, work or the place of the alleged infringement.

10Automated decision-making

We do not use personal data submitted through this website to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

11Children's privacy

This website is intended for business and general informational use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the website, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

The website may link to websites or services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for those practices.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, services or legal obligations change. The version posted on this page is always the current one. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or directly where appropriate.
