We are building a modern growing operation on the Adriatic plain — starting with export-grade bell peppers for the Spanish market, and expanding into livestock, dairy and agro-tourism.
Bell peppers first, grown to European export grade. Tomatoes, cucumbers and watermelon follow as the greenhouse and field acreage comes online.
What we grow →A planned herd and on-site processing to turn field capacity into higher-value dairy products for the regional market.
Phase 4 →Divjakë sits between the lagoon national park and the coast. The long-term plan opens the farm to visitors, tastings and stays.
Phase 5 →Our first commercial milestone is signed: a contract to supply bell peppers to a Spanish buyer. It sets the quality standard, the packing format and the cold-chain discipline for everything we plant next.
No inflated numbers. This is exactly where the operation stands as we prepare for the first export season.
Clearing, levelling and access roads on the first parcels.
Drip lines specified; first greenhouse structures in procurement.
Cold-chain partner selection and packing-house layout under review.
